Here is another complaint I have. Unfortunately I dont know what else to do but complain when it comes to this issue.

I dont understand why people cant adopt a policy of grow and let others grow (along the lines of live and let others live).

In the case of examinations for instance, I see no harm in helping (sharing information, doubts or sometimes even that lil private tutor class you had) before the exam, even if the person is bright by themselves. Are you afraid of the competition? I pity your lack of confidence then. What do you gain by keeping so many things a secret, especially when knowledge is something that multiplies every time you share it! If a person is not upto the mark, how many of us have dismissed them as dumb without ever bothering why? How many of us have discouraged any effort from their side? How many of us have gone upto them, spoken to them and motivated them to do better? Actually help them? Not only by giving notes but sometimes your words of confidence and motivation makes the difference not your notes. I believe so atleast.

Grow while helping others grow,
Relish the competition your help may give you.
Glow in the satisfaction you get by the smile on the face of the person whom you helped.

Thats what I say, I believe and practise.
I have the confidence to do it.
Do you?
